Directions to 64 Lafayette Rd. Suite 2, North Hampton, NH. 03862

• I-95 to Exit 2(near Hampton Toll).
  Bear left after side toll  to 101 E To Exit 13.

• Take right on 27 and go 1.5  miles. Take left on Route 1 North ( Lafayette Rd.)

• Go 2.2 miles and you will see 64 Gabrielle Plaza sign on the left. Turn left into parking lot, and drive around to back.

• If travelling Route 1 South from Portsmouth Traffic circle,drive 8 miles, and you will see our sign on the right.  

Directions to 82 Palomino Lane, Suite 501, Bedford, NH. 03110

• Go to South River Road with Bedford mall on your
  right.

• Go 1/2 mile and take left on Palomino Lane(Bank of
  America on the corner).

• Take right on Bedford Heights.

• We are in the first 82 Building on the right. Just go
  down a few stairs and you will be in Suite 501.
  

Directions to our new Dover office at 17 Old Rollinsford Rd, Suite 5, Dover, NH 03820.

• From Spaulding Turnpike(hwy 16), get off exit 9 and take right off the ramp.  
• At the next set of traffic lights take right.
• Go 1 mile and take a left at the set of lights at the entrance of Wentworth Douglass Hospital. 

Keep driving straight until you see a sign on the right hand side that says Doctor's Park. When you turn into the parking lot, drive around the back and you'll see our sign.
